[VIM] Sometimes doesn't accept the completion

I constantly get this warning in my LSP logs:

[WARN][2024-11-06 19:29:29] ...lsp/handlers.lua:135	"The language server tabby triggers a registerCapability handler for textDocument/inlineCompletion despite dynamicRegistration set to false. Report upstream, this warning is harmless"

Although tabby generally works, half the times it doesn't let me accept the completion.
Here on the video I press (as set in my config) and it doesn't accept the completion code in a php file.
