Change groupId to new registered groupId stream.scotty to enable publishing to maven central (Issue #41)

Edit pom.xml to fulfill requirements for Central Repository:

  • change artifactId, add project name, description and URL, developers and SCM information
  • sign pom with gpg
  • add plugins
