Make a loadtable object, allowing for convenient definition of loads and timesteps.
Include attributes

timesteps
Psteps
P factor HW
P factor FW
P factor fault
T steps
T factor HW
T factor FW
And methods like create define_linear_pressure_change etc
Ensure the numbre of other attributes is always the same as number of timesteps
