Feature request

As an external and member, I would want to be able to search for users. This could be a searchbar on the right side of the navigation bar.

As a member, I would want to update my settings to be a private profile, such that I am removed from the search.

The backend is ready. Use the branch feat(user)/searchable for testing locally.
