From the Hydrology-TEP / WOIS App installation page (http://hydrology-tep.github.io/documentation/apps/wois_app.html) it seems like the Hydrology-TEB plugin is only available on the Terradue WOIS VMs, where it is included in their template:

To create a new WOIS VM, the user should access to https://cloud.terradue.com/ and create a new VM using the WOIS VM template available (only avalable for some users).

We certainly do not include this plugin in the WOIS local installation.

Maybe @ctottrup knows more about this?
