급하게 #6 을 병합한 관계로 회원가입 페이지의 다음 기능들이 미완성입니다.

이메일 인증 절차
이메일 인증 관련 버튼들의 레이아웃 (인풋이 invalid해지면 정렬이 어긋남)
이메일 인증 요청을 보내지 않았을 때 인증번호 입력 관련 element 잠금

더하여, 비밀번호 재설정 관련 페이지들도 작업해야 합니다.
