something broke in the meantime for GPG integration, and some new things came through.

fix nvim truncating and failing to open GPG encrypted files with autocmds
prevent nvim from saving undo history and other sensitive info for files decrypted on the fly. Maybe store undo states as GPG encrypted deltas?
