Hi, windows user can be caught with that. Because tensorflow 1 doesn't exist on Windows

@mdjfs In the rececnt few years I've been using pytorch and had little knowledge on tf1.x. Maybe you can try to find binary to download instead of pip install and conda install

FYI, it's pretty easy to use tensorflow 2 on windows - just use the back compat layer for 1.
