Without Dragon War it correctly changes Angular Acceleration Rate from 0.25 to 0.75.
But if Dragon War, which already sets it to 0.75, is installed, it copies its record and reverts the value to 0.25.

Affects DragonRace, AlduinRace, UndeadDragonRace, DLC1UndeadDragonRace

(Mortal Enemies esp is for comparison, the patch was generated without it)

+Also very minor issue but it sets Rotate values like 179.999 instead of 180.0 on Movement Type records. Not an issue but you know... perfectionism
