How to change namespace

Is your documentation request related to a problem? Please describe.
I can't figure out how to specify the namespace for a component. I have been playing around with a spreadsheet based on the pichia_comb_dev_compiler_sbol3.xlsx file, and have not been able to change the namespace from http://examples.org/.

Is the current documentation unclear or is there no documentation?
I know the documentation is still a work in progress so this is just a flag that changing the namespace is not obvious from the example template.

Currently there is no way to change the namespace. Is this a feature you would like to see?

I believe we wanted the option, so that as external tools get linked for information that maybe stored elsewhere and accessed via Plugins, we want those namespaces. I believe the intent is for Flapjack to also have URIs and accessing those with it's namespace.
