Edit library workflow

This workflow extends the front side of the create library workflow #15.

This begins with an SBOL collection (e.g., downloaded from SynBioHub), which is converted into a spreadsheet.
The material is then edited and pushed back to an SBOL document, which then should be able to be merged as a revision/replacement of the prior collection (e.g., on SynBioHub).

Need to make sure that we have the ability to convert a collection to a spreadsheet and make sure that revision/replacement happens cleanly (i.e., not generating new IDs but replacing old material with the edited version).
