Links to Template files

Problem
The links on the Wiki (Installation & Use > Using Excel2SBOL in a project) for templates point to "excel2sbol/resources/templates", which only has two outdated templates, and to an example file that doesn't exist anymore (pichia_toolkit_KWK_v002.xlsx). I was specifically looking for a Composite parts template like the one in the paper and found it in "excel2sbol/test/test_files".

Proposed solution
Move template files from test to templates folder (after checking they're valid and working) and update the example use in the wiki
