Invoice generating not working

billing_data_id and shop_billing_data_id are null when invoice is generated, also no data in there tables. Only sylius_invoicing_plugin_invoice and sylius_invoicing_plugin_sequence tables are affected. plss help => cascade all - not woorking

I also have an issue with the invoice generation : it worked fine until last monday, one customer with order paid, never got the invoice, and no invoice saved in databse ??? I searched but did not find : is there a way to re-generate only one invoice for a specific order please ? thanks in advance for any suggestion you might have as to how to solve this issue for my customer please
