IF U ARE WINDOWS USER RUN Automatic Installer.bat

FILES PATH
DEFAULT PATH [/lua/playlist]

=> Windows (all users): %Program Files%\VideoLAN\VLC\lua\playlist\
=> EX: C:\Program Files (x86)\VideoLAN\VLC\lua\playlist
=> Windows (current user): %APPDATA%\vlc\lua\playlist\  << NEED ADMINISTRATOR PERMISSION
=> Linux (all users): /usr/lib/vlc/lua/playlist/
=> Linux (current user): ~/.local/share/vlc/lua/playlist/ << NEED ROOT USER
=> Mac OS X (all users): /Applications/VLC.app/Contents/MacOS/share/lua/playlist/ (create directories if they don't exist)
 
FILE => browse_window.html
=> Windows - C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\lua\http\dialogs
=> Linux - /usr/share/vlc/lua/http/dialogs
=> Mac OS X /Applications/VLC.app/Contents/MacOS/share/lua/http/dialogs/

IF U HAVE PROBLEM WITH YOUTUBE GOO TO [INSTALLED]\VideoLAN\VLC\lua\playlist\ DELETE OR RENAME => youtube.luac

‎Create Shortcuts
FOR HD STREAMS CREATE VLC ‎SHORTCUTS

DRAG AND DROP VLC ICON FROM DESKTOP OR vlc.exe FROM /INSTALLED PATH/ "Create Shortcuts Here" TO DESKTOP NAMED TO "VLC Streaming" OR SOMETHING YOU WANT

Right click on your new Shortcuts and click on preperties

GO TO TARGET PATH: EXAMPLE -> "C:\Program Files (x86)\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe"
SEE SHORTCUTS.png
TO END PRESS SPACE AND ADD LINES
   [PREFERRED LIST]
 --preferred-resolution=240
 --preferred-resolution=360
 --preferred-resolution=480
 --preferred-resolution=720
 --preferred-resolution=1080

 NOTE: IF FORMAT 1080 DOES NOT WORK RETURN TO 720 OR ONE FROM PREFERRED LIST
