User changing folder name by WP-Hide plugin ( for ex - wp-content/uploads/abc.jpg to "/up/abc.jpg") but in manifest.json, icon URL taking original path ( wp-content/uploads/abc.jpg ) name, due to this, it is showing warning "failed to load".
