Allow options to be passed to TaxJar client calls #258

We should allow users of the extension to pass down an options hash to all calls made using the TaxJar client. This is useful in the case where a user wants to specify the timeout for requests
as per the documentation here https://github.com/taxjar/taxjar-ruby/tree/master?tab=readme-ov-file#custom-options

Set request timeout in seconds:

client.tax_for_order({ timeout: 30 })
