Minimise the main thread work

When the website is opening in desktop or mobile , the Events section in website (IntroAndResource folder in repo) and Meet Our Cohort section of website (teamMenmber folder responsible in this repo) is scrolling down with lag . Resolve it , so that it scrolls smoothly.

The TeamMeber.jsx is entry point of teamMember folder and IntroReso.jsx is entry point in IntroAndResource folder.
