Hi!
Looks like the analyzer doesn't work if Nullable Reference Types are enabled

Here is the example
ConsoleApp1.zip

Just try to remove these lines in .csproj

<PropertyGroup>
  <Nullable>enable</Nullable>
</PropertyGroup>

and it works again
