Clarification: cat and cat_change [when used along side Sonarr/Radarr]

Per the config sample:

I have Sonarr and Sonarr_4k, and Radarr and Radarr_4k, 4 total instances of these apps running to keep my HD and UHD selection separate.

In qBT I have, respectively, the categories:
sonarr, sonarr4k, radarr, and radarr4k
(they have matching categories with "-done" at the end that I have Sonarr/Radarr change to after importing; i.e. sonarr-done)

I'm not quite sure what the cat and cat_change section of this config file do, but I'm assuming they can move things around. I'm much prefer to let Sonarr and Radarr handle that. I'm (right now) only really interested in nuking unregistered torrents and finding orphans & torrents with no hardlinks.

Do I need to worry about these parameters? Or can I add more than the two that are here for movies/tv? It's not quite clear to me what I can or cannot do here.

It will move all the torrents from one category into another one.

In your case you have everything handled by Sonarr/Radarr, so you don't need this feature and you can remove these lines from the configuration.
