I just released MultiPortals - a collection of Hammer instances that allows you to use colored portals in your Portal 2 Workshop maps.

MultiPortals offers:

• Simple setup in Hammer editor! Just pick an instance, set the desired portal parameters and you're good to go!
• Support for up to 127 portal pairs with individual settings!
• Smooth, dynamic lighting for each colored portal!
• Custom "ghost" for each portal!
• Option to use custom sounds for the portals!
