Add golf specific tiling

If we take a look at the classic Pebble Beach golf course:

If we compare it to OpenStreetMap Carto style:

Would be lovely to see the teeboxes and greens in streets.gl to be able to visualize course maps by postioning the camera to see trees in the way of the shot!
