[Feature Request]: Organization SSO support

Description

Allow organizations to setup SSO for their members, this will alleviate concerns over managing access and password security.

Describe the solution you'd like

Organization can setup their oauth compliant SSO provider so their members can access Thunderdome.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Currently we have User/Password/MFA registration, with upcoming oauth providers support.

OAuth with google support added in 4.2.0, that will set the baseline for this work.
