[Storyboard] Ability to export Storyboard Stories

We're looking to leverage Thunderdome with our upcoming PI and one feature we'd think would be useful is to be able to export the storyboard to some format that would then allow us to import into Jira.

I can see the value in something like this, not sure how soon I'll have the time to build this functionality however I'll gladly accept pull requests.

The entire storyboard, or a goal, or a column? We could do all of them, but where does it make the most sense?

I envision export entire storyboard of stories to csv/xml as a baseline, and an action on individual stories to create ticket in Jira.
