Scout's battle helm loses armor protection upon applying speed buff.

Describe the bug

Upon taking damage wearing the scouts battle helm , the speed buff is applied however it loses armor protection permanently.

@AderuFonAsu Which specific version are you on? Exactly 1.20, or is it a certain 1.20.x version?

1.20.6 specifically

Thanks. (I think) I found the issue. This exists only in 1.20.5 and 1.20.6. I'm not sure if/when I'll have a fix out for it unfortunately.
