Alternative Specialization Templates, Multiple Careers, Alternate Ability Template

The following requests are in support of Genesys:
The option to use the Talent html template instead of the Ability html template in Configure Settings. This will allow abilities to have an XP cost and pass mechanical modifications to the actor.

The option to use multiple careers, authorized through Configure Settings. This will multiple "mini" careers or the ability to use careers as other types of associates such as backgrounds, enhancers, etc.

The option to use the Talent HTML template as a replacement for the Specialization HTML template, set in Configure Settings. The ability to rename "Specializations" to different text. This will allow the use of this template to represent various options, not just specializations.
