Realm: cuInit failure error message #1805

Would it be possible to print the hostname in this error message?

[4 - 7f525ab210c0]    0.000000 {4}{gpu}: cuInit(0) returned 3 (CUDA_ERROR_NOT_INITIALIZED): initialization error, resource discovery failed
[4 - 7f525ab210c0]    0.000000 {5}{gpu}: We are not able to discover the CUDA resources.
[4 - 7f525ab210c0]    0.000000 {4}{gpu}: gpus requested, but cuInit(0) returned 3

Or is there some easy way to tell which host its coming from?

The number 4 here is the rank (or realm node id).
