GENERAL HTTP SERVER
===================
- Goal: a simple file-system based HTTP server.
- URLs are mapped to the file system.
  	GET  abc matches abc.GET
  	POST abc matches abc.POST
  	PUT  abc matches abc.PUT

- Symbolic links make life easy:
  	ln -s resouces/icons/favicon.ico web/favicon.GET
     
- POST
  	requires $TARGET to be executable
    dumps form data to $TARGET.form-data prior to invoking $TARGET

COLIRU CODE PASTES
==================
- Files must be stored.
- Retrieval must be fast.
- Avoid to have thousands of files or directories in one flat directory.
	- Maybe use Year/Month/Day structure.
- Hit count.
- Search code paste by tag or list by most recent.
- Caching: MD5(file_contents)/MD5(build_command)
- Year/Month/Day/MD5(file_contents)/MD5(build_command)/main.cpp: source code.
- Year/Month/Day/MD5(file_contents)/MD5(build_command)/build_command: build command
- Year/Month/Day/MD5(file_contents)/MD5(build_command)/output: contains output from standard output.
- Year/Month/Day/MD5(file_contents)/MD5(build_command)/error: contains output from standard error.
- Year/Month/Day/MD5(file_contents)/MD5(build_command)/tags: one tag per line
- Year/Month/Day/MD5(file_contents)/MD5(build_command)/hitcount: one timestamp per line for each hit
- Save std-out and std-err in separate files and prepend each message with time-stamp so that they can be interleaved afterwards?
- Separation storage and source code.
- Design a general REST-based archiving service?
- Use github API? Google drive API? Ubuntu one API? Etc..?


TAGS

- User can add tags when sharing a code paste.
- Tags are stored in a global dir: tags/$TAGNAME
- tags/constexpr
- Tags have their own file:
