Speed of languages in TypeWriterEffect should be normalized to the length of the corresponding English.
I think this worked at some point and broke once I added support for Zalgo text.
One aspiration of mine is that this game be speed-runnable. By normalizing to english we prevent issues where some languages are faster than others.
