Minor version update?

Hey, I'm aware that configurate 4.2.0 will probably arrive one day, I was wondering if we could receive a minor version re-release of 4.1.2 in the meantime as a lot of the libraries configurate relies on have been updated since it's last release.

This would help me out a lot, as velocity has recently begun using configurate and I unfortunately have to recompile velocity every time a new version comes out due to the geantyref version being supplied with the current release version (1.3.11) being 5 years old at this point.
