BinaryFile element is currently used for both connection and property lists but has different attributes. For now these have all been included and are optional. This is horrible and should be modified so that there is a separate BinaryPropertyFile and BinaryConnectionFile element which required and well defined attributes. This will require lots of changes in SpineCreator and in code generation scripts for BRAHMS.
