Implement multicoloured arrow heads on projections

With the colour denoting the postsynapse - auto-generate the colour from the postsynapse name. It would also be good to have a section of the projection in a separate colour from the "connection colour scheme" colour (which is already implemented for projections) denoting the weight update component.
