If PyRun_String returns null pValue, then subsequent attempts to generate python-script connections will fail

Noticed here when a script was written which mistakenly returned floats in the output array instead of integers. First the script will fail with an uninformative "ERROR" message. Then subsequent attempts to generate using even known-good connection scripts fail with
ERROR . Expected string or Unicode object, Type found
