In experiment interface: place menu items for "delete experiment", "move up", "move down"

Possibly also add a duplicate expt. button alongside the other icons.

The experiment menu now contains all the experiments so that they can be switched between. The best solution to this ticket would be to remove the "Duplicate Experiment" menu item and make it a button in the Experiment view, alongside "move up", "move down" etc.

We also need to add a divider to that menu between the commands and experiments, or move the experiments to a submenu under 'select experiment'

If the "Duplicate Experiment" menu item is moved to being a button in the experiment controls (alongside "move up/down", etc) then there'll be no need for that divider.
