I am just beginning to use Spikeinterface for our data analysis. I am just curious if there is already a pipeline for integrating TTL pulse information to generate a segmented stretches of time surrounding the start of a TTL pulse after the entire recording has been sorted that have not yet come across. If so could you point me in the right direction?
We are manually triggering repeated optical stimulation in a bit of a convoluted fashion throughout the course of a lengthier recording, but the start of the stimulation is ultimately timestamped in:
"....\events\TTL_Toggle_Panel-107.Rhythm Data\TTL"
