[Feature Request] Server Maintenance Mode

If this is added as an ini setting for example

// 1 = Only staff
// 2 = Only staff or tester (GuestTrial, GuestAuto) account
Maintenance=0
I think it will work otherwise you will need to write a ton of scripts and this can sometimes be a problem on crowded servers.

These are just suggestions, mostly things that arise from necessity, it is not very important whether it is done or not
