Dear Dr. Klöwer
I plot the simulation.prognostic_variables(temp,humid,pres,vor and div) in layer8
temp in day 0 and day 6
t0
t6
humid in day 0 and day 6
humid0
humid6
pres in day 0 and day6
pres0
pres6
vor in day 0 and day6
vor0
vor6
div in day 0 and day6
div0
div6

I find there are small changes in temp, humid and pres, but there are large changes in vor and div.
However, I am unsure of the next steps to take in order to identify the issue and ensure the model can run stably for long-term integration. Could you please provide some suggestions? Thank you very much.
