Fix initialization error
Fixed issue with game mode initialization not broadcasting some variables.
Misc fixes
Crew of vehicles will now spawn right next to them.
Added a few lamps.
Added scaling of suspiciousness for being at military locations based on campaign progress.
Fix recruitment not working in MP
Also some minor changes.
Added external reinforcements
Now commander will spawn more units at airfields when available units are not enough to deal with the situation.
The type of spawned armor vehicles depend on the 'campaign progress', the further it goes, the more heavy vehicles will be added.
New unit recruitment menu
Added unit recruitment menu. Now units will take weapons from the arsenal when they are recruited.
Fixed several issues.
Previous saves will not be loaded since the added feature required Unit class data to be changed.
