As a monitoring operator, I want to initiate an upgrade to the latest R6 version of the SCS KaaS Kubernetes cluster that hosts the SCS monitoring. This upgrade should ensure that the SCS monitoring operates on top of the R6 SCS KaaS Kubernetes cluster, incorporating new features and, importantly, security fixes.

The R5->R6 part from SovereignCloudStack/k8s-cluster-api-provider#744 can be reviewed as well here.
