Welcome to the four-day training course "Introduction to SNP and SV detection analysis using short and long reads" of South Green platform.
This tutorial will guide you through the typical steps of detection of SNP and SV detection using long and short reads.
In session 2022 (see 2022 branch), we have created a Virtual Machine IFB Biosphere containig all tools need to reproduce this training.
