Terracotta chart doesn't use release name in resources

It creates the resources with default name and default namespace. It is impossible to manage multiple clusters in same docker cluster this way. It should use the name we provide during helm install as prefix for every resource it creates.

@mobasherul : can you have a look please ? I remember we had tested this and resources were created per namespace...
