Add support for Groups to default nodeBB provider

The default nodebb provider does not have support for Groups.

This support should be added.

Do you have a particular need for this support? i can force push the code to the repo for you to add tests to if you have an immediate need.

He wants it for mafia. I can't build a mode that uses groups until I have a platform that can interact with groups. I personally am fine with the current method, but it makes permissions difficult to manage
