Release 0.3

As described in #57 I have published version 0.2 (based on the previously set tag v0.2) today. Therefore I'd now like to start preparations for the next release.

It would be nice if this were released-with/tested-against the latest SoCo, as the dep is still pinned to 0.11.1.

Any chance 0.3 will be released this year? Not trying to be snarky, but its been nearly 7 months since this thread was started.

There hasn't been much development for socos recently. If you look at the changes since 0.2, you'll see that there have been hardly any relevant improvements that warrant a release.

Is there any particular change you'd like to see released? Are you interested in contributing to socos? If so, I'd be available to provide information and guideance.

@stefankoegl I guess i'm confused. You started this thread talking about wanting to prepare for the next release. Now you're saying that there haven't been any changes to warrant a release. Is the process to prepare for the next release before its ready?

The SoCo dependency is pinned to 0.11.1, but the current release is now 0.16.
