I've searched existing issues and couldn't find a duplicate.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

If you step on/in a block, that should deal damage, it doesn't.

Describe the solution you'd like

Blue fire should deal more damage than "normal" fire. Wither Rose give an additional effect.
