No Mods tab in menu

Extracted PPModEnabler into game root dir, add TFTV mod inside its /Mods but don't see Mods menu in the game. Use Heroic and Epic game store. Game version 1.20.1

@Psijic I have done it!
For Heroic Launcher:
open game settings ( Right Mouse Button on Game -> Settings)
In Wine menu scroll to the bottom. Click WINECFG button.
In open winecfg window go to Libraries tab.
Select winhttp in "New overrides for library" menu.
Check, that winhttp was added into list of libraries with "native, builtin" parameters.
