Todo/task list

Describe the new feature.

A configurable gui todo/task list that would hold both recipes (forging, reforging, etc too) and text notes. My idea was that it would be similar to the satisfactory one (https://satisfactory.wiki.gg/wiki/To-Do_List).

Possible features but not really required:
Auto mark task as complete when recipe detected to have been crafted
Set reminders to complete todo tasks
Make some reminders local to a location? like having reminders for crimson isle be different from dwarven mines ones
