SU BUG - TEMP folder not cleaned up

Running testup-2 I've come across issues with temp files not being cleaned up.

I've been running testup-2 from the console, and it's running several passes at once. Looked at my temp folder for some other testing, and not good.

Loading the testup file tests/SketchUp Ruby API/TC_Sketchup_Classifications/MultipleClassifications.skp
causes three folders to be created. All seem to start with 'cls2018'. When the model is closed, two folders are deleted, leaving one (the bug). Folder is not deleted on SU shutdown.

Tested with both 2017 & 2018.

There are issues with left-over files also, but I won't have time to look for those until later...

Figured I'd post here, as the file is in the repo and it's a little bit quieter.
