Events Workflow Email Link 404 #2560

We want to use the standard 1 level workflow on the events.

Workflow seems to work fine however when the email is sent to the approver, the link to the event gives a 404 page.

I think it's because the widget is expecting a published event to show but event is pending approval.

Do you have a fix for this?
