Using ResourceHelper.GetWebResourceUrl throws JS error in page & page template edit modes

Hi,

We enabled CDN support for embedded resources used on the website following this article
http://docs.sitefinity.com/feather-retrieve-url-references-to-embedded-resources

When using this helper method an JS error is thrown in the page & page template edit modes
"Cannot read property 'addMethod' of undefined"

After removing the helper method from use we realized that (at least) jQuery is read from CDN without this helper method like Steve requested in the other issue

How come you are promoting the use of this helper method if it's not even required and does not work?
