Verify scrolling and update theme of dgrid mobile example

For dgrid/test/mobile_grid.html , we should update it to use the flat iOS theme, and also verify that scrolling/scrollbars are working as expected, as we've received a few reports that dgrid isn't scrolling when embedded inside a dojox/mobile/ScrollableView.
