Before 6.16.0 of Simple Notes, the Open Note dialog show "paperclip" icons that indicate whether a particular note is backed-up by a file. The newly designed dialog missed that indicator. This is a UI regression.
The reason I need that indicator is to ensure the notes have properly backed up, so that when I close a note (refer to "Delete note" in the app), I can tell whether I can open it again, or the note would be gone forever.
I do not request the indicator to come back as a "paperclip" icon anyway. I know text editors tend to use an asterisk (*) character after the file name to indicate the file has unsaved changes. You can follow that convention in the new dialog design, and I'm happy either way.
